Charming holiday home on the harbour (5 persons)

Make memories in this unique and family-friendly home, with a unique location on the harbor in the popular Rødvig. The harbor town, which offers everything your heart desires: beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes, pop-up shop, bakery sales, tour boat to Stevns cliff, paddle tennis, playground, hotel, fitness, bike rental, train to the trading town Køge. The home contains 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and living room. On the terrace, you can enjoy the unique location by the water where the great atmosphere of the harbor is felt. The space The home is cozily decorated with cozy lighting and a lovely homely atmosphere. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and use the house ourselves a lot, so the house is homey and nicely decorated and there is pretty much everything you need in the house. The house has 3 sleeping areas, which consist of a bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Please note: In addition to the price itself, I charge a consumption fee for electricity and water. For everyone's sake, I've set up a little framework around this: Water is settled: 60.00 per. m3 x 3 m3 per week = 180.00 Per week Electricity is settled: 6.00 per 100 kWh = 600.00 per week. Weekly consumption fee: DKK 680.00. For bookings that only cover a weekend (Max 3 days) the consumption fee will be: 380.00.
