In the spring of 2023, we completed our new vacation home with fantastic views over Lake Plauen for you. In a few minutes, you'll be right on or in the water. Sailing, fishing, SUP paddling, surfing, motor boating, rowing, canoeing or kayaking, everything is possible on Lake Plauen. Even with your animal friends, you are at your own dog beach in a short time. You can access the bike path around Lake Plau directly from the property. The space A modernly equipped vacation home awaits you on a fenced, private property with 2 terraces and a large balcony that offers you a fantastic view over Lake Plauer at any time of the day or night. A small garden area with a beach chair invites you to linger, read or just chill out. And for the barbecue masters among you, we have set up an outdoor kitchen with all the comforts to pamper your family or friends. The house is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a twin bed 1.60 m * 2.00 m and a large wardrobe, the shower room with double sink and the 36 sqm living and dining area with a kitchen where you can enjoy the view of the lake while cooking. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bathtub, the small bedroom with 2 separate beds and the bedroom with a box spring bed 1.80 m * 2.00 m, a baby bed 1.20 * 0.60 m and the balcony with the great view of the lake. All bedrooms have a modern TV, in the living room we have a 55-inch OLED TV, fiber optic Internet, windows with fly screens and in the kitchen you will not miss anything (induction stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, toaster, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, egg cooker, blender and so on. The terrace by the living area has a cozy, large sofa corner from which you can also see the lake. On the terrace at the entrance area there is a large dining set for the adjacent outdoor kitchen. And there is also a private parking space at the house for you. More free parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity of the property. For our little guests, a complete set of children's equipment (high chair, children's dishes, toys, stair gates, etc.) is available. Guest access The house and the property around it is just for you. Other things to note For our guests we provide bed linens, towels, kitchen towels and WiFi free of charge. Electricity, water, gas are charged according to consumption. A dog is welcome, we charge a cleaning fee of €50.00, other pets are not allowed. We are happy to lend you our kayak for 3 people, subject to availability. Upon arrival, a basket of firewood is at your disposal. Utilities (gas, water, electricity) are not included.
