There is enough room for 6 cars (2 rows of 3 wide) to park in the driveway. The street is also a 4 car wide street and parking on the street is allowed. There is also a basketball hoop over the garage for playing hoops in the driveway. There is a door to the garage and a door leading to the house in the garage. Both are equipped with numeric key code locks. 1/2 mile from downtown Clawson, 2 miles from downtown Royal Oak, and centrally located in Metro Detroit suburbs. 20 minute drive to downtown Detroit. The property is located on a 4 car wide street. Parking on the street is free and does not clog up the street. The driveway can also fit 6 cars parked 3 wide. One major rule of this house is that if you are to have extra guests you need to rent the house accordingly. I run this property like an event space. I bill per person per day/night. Pool is not heated, but As Michigan is seasonal the pool does close for the winter months and is covered with a full pool cover for safety. The normal months to which the pool is open and operable are the end of May to late October. That being said the pool cannot be guaranteed to be open in the months of May or October.
