But out of the hustle and bustle of city traffic. You are within walking distance to downtown Holliter with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping. We are a vintage motel built in 1958 and have been renovated. We are also located on a beautiful creek! The space Room 10 is on the front of the building. It has a queen bed. It’s got everything you would need in a motel room. You have complete access to the backyard and creek. The back yard area is a community yard with a creek, seating, BBQ area, pickle ball court, basketball, kayaks, fire pits, several other yard games, and an indoor game room in the basement area of the building. . If you’re looking for a simple value room this is it! Please note that our property is in a downtown area and doesn't have a huge parking area. There is no room to park a trailer/boat for this unit. You have access to your room and the back yard area. You are also welcome to the grilling area and laundry area on the far side of the building.
