Enjoy a unique and relaxing stay in our design holiday villa near Corralejo and Lajares, conveniently located in La Capellanía within the private, gated, residential complex with swimming pool of Pueblo Canario. 'Casa MareTerra' is a 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms design space with an indoor-outdoor layout that features a functional open-plan living room and a spacious, sunny terrace with a dining table, barbecue and chill-out area where you can unwind after a day at the beach surfing. The space 'Casa MareTerra' has been entirely designed and decorated by ‘Noogar Interior Design’ with the purpose of creating an inviting, contemporary living space that uses the language of earthy tones to convey a calming and peaceful atmosphere. You will feel a nurturing, minimalist and warm vibe throughout the space that wants to reflect the island's landscapes through desert tones, wood, original paintings, natural fabrics and custom-designed furniture. An utterly cosy and embracing space that is able to recharge and ground one's spirit. THE GROUND FLOOR The whole ground floor feels open and spacious. Every room is connected to the next one, so that you can explore the space with no interruptions, from indoor to outdoor, simply by walking in circle. This fluid experience is also possible thanks to the micro-cement and polished concrete floors. Entrance: You will enter a small entrance patio with cacti where you can keep your surfboards or beach items and you will then proceed to an entrance hall with a decorative wall. On your right your will find the living space and terrace. On the left, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom The Living Space: A spacious, open-plan living room that features a comfortable sofa, a custom-made dining table, a desk area, a fully equipped kitchen with table and stools and a small toilet. The Terrace: Directly accessible from the living room and the master bedroom, it's the perfect space to enjoy every meal outdoor or a tasty barbecue on the wooden dining table. It also features a large, comfortable sofa, two wooden loungers and a hanging chair where you can enjoy the sunshine, relax after a long day at the beach surfing, read a book, work out or simply have a glass of wine. Our sunny terrace is south facing and well repaired from the wind. The Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom: Our japandi style double bedroom feels cosy and relaxing thanks to its neutral colour palette. The spa-like bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower, making it a peaceful and airy space where you can get ready for the day or prepare for your beauty routine. THE FIRST FLOOR The wooden staircase in the living room will lead you to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms (The Yellow Room and the Cosmopolitan Room) and a bathroom with shower and window. A small terrace with sunrise views is accessible from the Cosmopolitan Room. Guest access Guests will be able to access every part of the space except our personal storage room (located in the small entrance patio). The swimming pool is accessible only by residents with a magnetic card that will be provided to you during the check-in. Other things to note We offer the option of arranging cleaning, bedding, and towels change during your stay for an additional fee. This service can be booked during check-in.
