For outdoor lovers, Nisene Marks State Forest is a quick drive away, offering incredible redwood hiking and biking trails. Surf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby surf spots, including The Point and The Hook, both just a short drive or bike ride away. --Easy Commuting: The freeway is just a block away, making it a breeze to head north or south on Highway 1 for work or exploring the area. --Convenient Access to Medical Facilities: Only a few miles from Dominican Hospital and a 15-minute drive to Watsonville Hospital. --Close to Downtown: Santa Cruz’s vibrant downtown is just a 15-minute drive, while San Jose and Monterey are about 40-50 minutes away for day trips. The neighborhood is friendly, but with enough privacy if you prefer to stay under the radar. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire place including a large private deck overlooking the complex. You’ll also have a enclosed garage which is shared with the neighboring unit but also has lockable store units. You’ll be able to park in the garage or in the driveway. 2 spots total but you can also park in the complex streets or out on the public street of Kennedy.
