It is conveniently located to the M7 motorway, Limerick city and the University of Limerick (approx 8km/6 minute drive). A bus stop is close by, which is served by the 323 and 72 services to and from Limerick city. Woodhaven caters specifically for the individual guest, traveling solo. The space A self-contained private space with parking. The ground floor contains the kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. There's also a shower room and laundry area. Upstairs hosts another living room with comfortable seating, perfect for reading and relaxing and a private outdoor balcony. There is also a separate bedroom (double bed) with ample work/study space. Woodhaven is equipped with all the comforts of a home away from home. Guest access Your own private accommodation entrance with free parking directly outside. Check-in is normally between 3pm and 7pm unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is by 12 midday.
