Sunsets and picnics lakeside. Lake access for exploring and swimming. Next to 20 acres of conservation land. 20 minutes to Grand Rivers (restaurants, shopping and spa) and the Land Between the Lakes, 170,000 acre National Recreation Area with hiking, fishing, horseback riding, off road trails, nature center. There are 3 bedrooms, queen, king and two twins on the main floor and 2 baths. King bedroom has en suite and day bed. Lower level has living area and bathroom. The main floor was completely renovated in 2022 and has all new beds and linens. Brand new, well stocked kitchen. Two large covered porches with wood and lake view(somewhat obstructed by trees in the Summer but still visible). The property does not have a dock. Three kayaks are available for use, one tandem and two singles. There is a public boat ramp less than a 1/2 mile from the house. Marinas are 15 minutes away. Lots of wildlife live in the area. We are visited by deer daily and also see toads, blue-tailed skinks, turtles, humming birds and many other birds. Please note Lake level is controlled by Army Corps of Engineers and is lower during Fall and Winter, still accessible but a further walk. There is a public boat ramp, Boyd's landing, less than a half mile away. There is also a county ramp in Old Kuttawa, Buzzard Rock Marina and Hu-Bs are 15 minutes away. House is on hill above lake. You can access lake down hill or wooded graveled path through woods. You may want to bring crocs, flip flops or water shoes for swimming or kayaking in lake
