Flamboyant villa

Luxury villa in the croatian countryside, perfect for a family getaway or spending time amongst friends. The villa has two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms and 2 spacious kitchens. Each floor can be used separately, to get a feeling of privacy, yet still be in the same space enjoying the stillness of the surrounding nature, or have a pampering time in the pool, sauna and the jacuzzi. The space The two floor villa has four bedrooms, a single and a double on each floor, a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor. Each floor has its own kitchen, so the lower kitchen can be also used as "summer kitchen", since it's located on the lower floor, with a separate glass door entrance to the terrace and the pool space. It is also designed with a large dining table, so all the guests can enjoy their together time, but also have an option to indulge the benefits of holiday time separately in two dining rooms. Guest access Guests are free to use the sauna and the jacuzzi area in a separate small house in the pines. The "Pine Spa" also has a shower, so the guest don't have to waste time walking to the house after relaxing. The outsides also offer a large swimming pool and a fire pit area, ideal for chilly nights, where a group can chat by a warm fire. Other things to note The area is a quiet village, no neighbours in the street, perfect for a getaway.
