To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi Jio dongle, TV - Steam, bonfire, barbecue kit - Iron, torch, indoor games - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Wardrobe, electric kettle, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 20 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are five spacious, well-furnished rooms - 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra foldable bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and a TV. - 2 of the rooms on the first floor have attached balconies that offer stunning views of the fields and surrounding mountains. - 2 of the rooms on the ground floor also offer an electric kettle and a designated workstation. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 2 communal bathrooms - both on the ground floor. - All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - The common bathrooms do not offer a shower area or a geyser. INDOOR AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this villa. - With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people. - Embellished with plush and contemporary decor, this room offers Wi-Fi access in the form of a Jio dongle. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - There is a separate dining room on the ground floor of the villa.  - It can seat up to 12 people and is not equipped with an AC or TV. - This home also features a spacious and airy verandah where guests can soak in the serene hues this place has to offer. EXTERIOR AREAS - The exteriors of this quaint villa feature an expansive verdant lawn that spreads across an area of 14178 sq. ft. - It is equipped with ample seating arrangements for up to 8 people. - This villa also has a private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak or unwind with their loved ones. - This rectangular pool is 20x30 sq. ft in size and its depth ranges from 3ft. To 6ft. - Guests can access the swimming pool from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. - This chic property’s surroundings also boast a 65-acre farm that also includes a myriad of fruit orchards. - Guests can visit the farm and get to know all the hacks and tips from the locals present there. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises. - The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast here is complimentary. - All meals can be prepared in-house at an additional cost per person. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention & ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is located in a secluded area. - All male and female groups are allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Four CCTV cameras capture the external areas for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied. - Please note that prices for organising events may differ from our regular stay prices. HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is not allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests can access the pool from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered.
