Fully furnished Punta Santiago home close to beach

Large fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Punta santiago, a suburb of the eastern city of Humacao. Close to Punta Santiago post office and local restaurants. Located a couple of streets behind the popular Armando's Place, El Limon, and Taco Rico. Gorgeous views of the beach and a 2 min walk to the water. Large vacant municipal lot directly across the house. Safe and secure street and residential neighborhood. The space Fully furnished with beds, couch, chairs, dining table, kitchen, utensils etc. Other things to note Just want to make sure I re-iterate a few things from the listing: 1. Please note that this is more a home style setting not a fancy hotel. The experience is more of living as a guest in a PR home than in a San Juan hotel. Please read the reviews (both good and bad to get a better sense). 2. The place is professionally cleaned but you will notice the following - Nicks and scrapes on furniture - Some rusting - we are steps from beach and the salty air - Bathroom shower can get very hot. - Some windows do not open all the way. - Open closets or enclosed by a sheer curtain - You may see bugs especially if there is exposed food or trash because this is the tropics. - Lots of loud nature sounds - ocean, little frogs at night (coquis), roosters in the morning, neighborhood dogs - On weekends you might hear music from local bars/restaurants which are about 100 -200 meters away. AC ---- AC's are in the bedroom but not the living room We have pedestal fans you can use House Rules ---------------- We have elderly retirees as neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. Please no loud music, noises, or partying, yelling etc. after 9 pm. Park alongside the wall. If you have two cars don't park on either side of the street because it obstructs the garbage truck on Monday mornings. Please be respectful to neighbors and don't enter their property. BEACH ----------- There is a water hose on the side of the house. Please use it to rinse off after you visit the beach
