The space The home's distinctive architecture in white pastels and top-to-bottom glass doors allows for plenty of natural light, making it ideal for capturing the sky's vibrant colours throughout the day.  This picturesque home away from the clamour; also is quite ideal to host intimate celebrations with your friends & family. Truly a peaceful respite amongst the verdure, this home is well worth the visit. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, generator, Wi-Fi, AC - Home theatre system, barbecue kit, bonfire - Indoor games, iron, torch - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Wardrobe, hangers, electric kettles, designated workstations - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars. 5 cars can be parked outside the main villa. This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious and well-furnished rooms with an attached balcony - all on the ground floor of this property. - All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities including a king-sized bed, TV, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, electric kettle, and a designated workstation. - All rooms are equipped with an AC. - 2 of the rooms also offer an extra sofa bed. - Wake up to amazing views of the verdant valleys and hills surrounding this property that is offered in every room here. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - situated on the lower ground floor. - All attached bathrooms are equipped with a geyser, a jet shower, towels, and toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Emanating muted tones and luxe decor, this charming abode features a spacious living room on the ground floor. - With ample sunlight adding to the grandeur of this room, it also features a multitude of amenities such as a wired music system, TV, and Wi-Fi. - The room with its sofa-style seating can accommodate up to 10 people. It is not equipped with an AC. - There is a living area on the lower ground floor that features a home-theatre system and ample seating arrangements.  - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can seat up to 15 people at a time. - It is not equipped with an AC. - The interiors are also equipped to host sunset soirées owing to the recreational room with a party floor.  - This room is equipped with a party lighting system and a bar area as well. - Guests can host intimate parties and celebrations for their loved ones and take to the dance floor to vibe along to the beats of your favourite Bollywood numbers. - Each room has an attached balcony overlooking the verdurous surroundings and hills. - This property also boasts 360° views of the southern landscapes that can be captured from the terrace. It can accommodate up to 15 people. - Be it early in the morning or at midnight, the beautiful vistas from the terrace are a sight one should definitely not miss. - Enjoy the unending views, watch the sunrise, engage in some bird-watching activities, or simply unwind by reading your favourite book. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast here is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided by the in-house cook on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 1 personal staff for no additional charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully curated amenities that ensure that they have a memorable stay here. Start your day with a complimentary breakfast while catching a glimpse of the dewy mornings from the terrace. Situated right amidst a 23-acre tea plantation, the lush surroundings and trails are a treat to explore for all the adventure enthusiasts. Catch screenings of your beloved sitcoms or action thrillers through the home-theatre system at the property. When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up also while savouring a delicious barbecue meal. ADD-ON SERVICES  - Guests can use the home-theatre system for no additional cost. - Barbecue kit can be provided for an additional charge of Rs. 500. - The bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 650. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The location of the villa is secluded. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 10 KVA generator can support the entire premises for up to 8 hours. - Additionally, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for up to 12 hours. - Mobile networks such as Airtel, BSNL, and Jio work fairly well here. - Loud music is allowed at all times. - Since the location of the villa is secluded, there is a lack of nearby stores or markets. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker and the chef reside on the premises of the property. - Please note that the game zone will be accessible to the guests at all times. - Please note that the living room and other common areas are not equipped with an AC given the pleasant weather all year round. Only the bedrooms offer an AC.
