Welcome to our beautifully renovated contemporary craftsman beach house. It is only a 9 min walk to the beach and only 1-mile away from Downtown Long Beach! Our unit is central to everything that is Long Beach: beaches, nightlife, museums, convention center, Aquarium of the Pacific, The Queen Mary and many more attractions! This is a very spacious 3 bedroom/1 bath home with a 1 car garage. The space You will have access to both a lovely front yard and backyard with a firepit to relax and enjoy your stay. We also have a few bikes, skateboards, and yard games and Weber Grill available for you to use during your stay. We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. You will have access to high-speed internet during your stay. You should find everything you need in our kitchen for your culinary needs. The laundry area comes equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. We also have an indoor gas fireplace. The Garage has enough parking to fit 1 vehicle. There is also street parking but pay attention to street cleaning signs, you will get a ticket. Our home occupancy allows 8 people MAX However, keep in mind the sleeping accommodations provided are: 3 Bedrooms - Room #1 features 1 twin bed - Room #2 features 1 queen bed - Room #3 features 1 queen bed -Living Room - Sofa -Queen Air Mattress available upon request. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. The home features keyless entry to the front gate so we will send you the code to enter the property then have a lock box with keys for the rest of the house. We do please ask you to keep the house and front gate locked when not on the property. Other things to note FREE LONG BEACH AIRPORT PICK UP - if you are arriving/departing to/from Long Beach airport we would be happy to pick you up and drop you off for convenience. Check-in and property details will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival. We really want you to enjoy your week with us so we allow early check in and late check out. During your stay, please enjoy: pillows, bed sheets and blankets for all the beds, bath towels; a small hair dryer; an iron and ironing board; hand soap; body wash, shampoo and conditioner; dishwasher soap; laundry detergent; and cleaning supplies.
