During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present. This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season. Please note that a Restoration and Waterproofing Project will be taking place at Crystal Tower within the estimated time frame of August through November 2025. Guests may experience noise and dust from construction-related activities during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of improvement.
