Newly remodeled two-story 5 bed/3.5 bath home on 2 acres, only 3 minutes from Snowbowl mountain/Humphreys Peak! Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the natural surroundings in beautiful Baderville. Perfect views of the mountain from the downstairs living areas and lying in the master bed -- you will love waking up to that view! The space Two-story house with open living areas downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a very large master bedroom open to the downstairs living room, a long bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a smaller bedroom with twin bunk beds. There are also 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and additional full bathroom downstairs, for a total of 5 bedrooms. The house has central a/c and heating upstairs, central heating downstairs, and radiant floor heating downstairs to keep the tile floors cozy in the winter. The front door deadbolt is controlled by electronic keypad, no need to keep track of keys. Inside the front door is a mudroom to hang and store all your gear -- coats, boots, gloves, skis, boards, sleds, etc. The house has Wifi (CenturlyLink 40Mbps), Alexas, Roku TVs with YouTubeTV subscription, and a DVD player. Parking is in the (very large) driveway until we get the covered parking structure installed. There are various baby/toddler items available for use on request, including a baby bassinet, Boon high chair, pack-n-play, child gate, baby bathtub for the sink, and changing pad. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 2 security cameras for security issues and to check snow levels at the house. One camera is on the front porch, the other is on the back patio near the sliding doors. Both cameras face outwardly away from the house. Large all-adult parties: we generally do not accept large all-adult groups (e.g., more than 6 or 7), as this often correlates with party groups that are not suitable for the house or our very peaceful neighborhood. PETS: we are pet friendly but we require guests to clearly state the number and type of each pet up-front during booking. We charge a pet fee of $20 per pet per night, to be paid upon booking via airbnb "Request for Money" feature. Guests sneaking in pets has become a significant issue for us as we have to pay for additional cleaning and repairs. Any unreported pet will be reported to airbnb as a house rule violation and we will request to keep the deposit. Thanks for your cooperation.
