The space With self check-in, a charming balcony, and a private garden featuring a comfortable sofa and chair for relaxing outdoors, this is the ideal place to recharge. Inside, a double bed and a sofa bed with separate mattresses ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy moments of pleasure with our chest full of books and have fun with themed games like checkers, dominoes, and cards. We offer a dining table, kettle, microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, TV, central heating, oil heater, and fan. The private bathroom is equipped with soft towels, a hairdryer, hair straightener, shower gel, and liquid soap. Important: Although there is no full kitchen, you'll find everything you need for quick and easy meals. In addition, private and free parking is available for your convenience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property with self check-in, featuring a private balcony and garden. It’s a fully independent unit, ensuring complete privacy and freedom to relax and make the most of your stay, worry-free. We, the hosts, are available 24/7 to ensure everything goes smoothly, whether in person, by phone, or through the Airbnb chat. When we're at the property, we’re excited to welcome our guests in person. If we're not around, we’ll leave the key in the self check-in safe for your convenience. Other things to note Breakfast: We offer a delicious breakfast made with fresh local products for a symbolic price of €7 per person. Our breakfast includes bread, freshly baked croissants, Nutella, butter, cheese, ham, juice, milk, yogurt, two types of cereal, and fresh fruit! Additionally, coffee and tea are always available in the accommodation for you to enjoy at any time. The breakfast is delivered in a basket, at the time you prefer, to the table located in front of your room. You can choose to enjoy it in the comfort of your room or on our private balcony, which is equipped with a table and two chairs. Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is paid upon arrival. The amount is €1 per person/night, and it is charged in all tourist establishments and local accommodations in the municipality.
