Waking up to the breathtaking views and ending your day watching the sunset over the lake while sitting on the dock is sure to provide you the perfect time away! The space Lake life at its finest! Our home is an open-concept, cozy lake cottage with lush landscaping and stellar views of the lake. You’ll find all the comforts of home to make your getaway a time to remember! Guest access You will have the whole house and property to yourself to enjoy your time at the lake as you wish. Access to the storage building on the side of the property is restricted for owner storage. Other things to note The shoreline of the house is on USACE-owned property. This designation brings restrictions on activity on the bank of the lake. For example, you cannot cut any brush or trees and no lakeside campfires are permitted. A complete list and description of non-permitted activities will be provided in the home for guests to read. Further, USACE controls the water level of the Strom Thurmond lake in its entirety through the use of dams. This can lead to unpredictable shoreline water levels.
