Detached villa on the sea within the site

There is a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor by the sea. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each with a double bed and 1 bathroom. On the top floor, there is a single bed and a washing machine. Since the site where our house is located is made up of families who have been living there for years, we only prefer families as guests.
