Beautiful, spacious layout 1764sq. f. home conveniently located near major highways, SYR airport & 15 mins from hospitals. 1 half bath 1 level down and 1 full bath 2 levels down is shared with other guests. Washer & Dryer, TV in room, YMCA & park. Office space, treadmill & off-street free parking. Owner & 17 year old son occupies the house part time. The space "You are Kind" is above the door to your private room. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, hanging rack in open closet, 2022 Samsung TV, and new window. This room is located at the top of the stairway when you enter the home. Private cabinet space in kitchen and private refrigerator. The shared areas include 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room, back yard, full size stocked kitchen and off the street driveway for parking. Guest access Guest have access to all spaces in the house (except for private bedrooms). Spaces include, dining-lounge room, eat-in kitchen, living room, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, backyard, 4 car driveway. During your stay I do everything in my power to accommodate the needs and requests of my tenants. They’re able to call, text or use the Airbnb app and I respond promptly with solutions. I’m also in the house part time to help accommodate any needs. Other things to note The house temperature can be set to your comfort level upon request and within reason. Traveling nurses that work night shifts have enjoyed their 3 month stay here. They say, “the house is quiet, cozy and they feel safe here”.
