You and your family/guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just off the main high street, close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Also next door to our new 3 screen cinema! Walking distance to our beautiful beach and two 18 hole golf courses. Montrose also has many other activities including a nature reserve and ‘pick your own’ fruit farm, which has a fantastic play area for families. The space Bright, airy property with plenty of space for families & friend groups. Linens and towels (1 per person, per stay) are provided. The apartment is fully equipped with TV in main lounge Sky TV and wifi. A breakfast tray is provided with cereal, jams, biscuits, tea and coffee (for 1st night only) and water and milk in the fridge. Guest access You will have access and sole use of complete apartment. Other things to note Apartment is ground floor level in block of additional apartments, so some noise from other apartments may be heard. The property has a separate entrance and we encourage all guests to use this please.
