We are near The King of Prussia Mall, Valley Forge Park, Valley Forge Casino, Colleges and Universities. We are one mile from PA turnpike and 76, 476, 202 and 422 interchange, 18-23 miles to downtown Philadelphia. The space Our place has on the first level consists of 2 bedrooms with a King size bed in one room and a Queen in the other, along 1-1/2 bathrooms (full size bathroom and a powder room) and living room. Also, a full kitchen. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms. One with a King size bed, and the other two bedrooms with Queen size beds. Also with a Living Room and Kitchen. Also, is a Queen bed pullout sofa. And, a PAC-n-play crib. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a sitting room. A full size Kitchen with a table and chairs. There is exterior entry door to the first floor and another to the second floors. which Both doors have a coded keyless system. We offer free on-site parking for 6-8 cars at rear of house. And there also is public street parking. So many area attractions can be found in the area. Of course, the King of Prussia Mall is about a mile away and is primo for shopping. Located nearby to Valley Forge Park with trails/history, Valley Forge Casino, Philadelphia Expo Center, Elmwood Park Zoo, or a place to just sit and relax. Or, one can venture out and visit Philadelphia which is approximately an 18-23 mile drive. Guest access -flexible check in with key-less electronic entry system Guests will have no trouble accessing the unit because the door has been equipped with a touchpad based locking system where you can enjoy entry and departure with no concern for keeping track of a key. As your arrival date approaches you'll be provided with a unique 4 digit pass code. I've discovered that most people prefer the flexibility of showing up at their own convenience. To enter the door, press the "Schlage" logo and then your code. Door will automatically lock itself in 30 seconds. We have two doors that can be accessed to the house. One for the second floor near the driveway and a second door on the opposite side of the house for the first floor. Both doors would be pre-coded to Guests. There is a stairway to access the second floor area. Free parking in the rear of the house for 6-8 cars and free street parking. (Most Guests park in the rear of the house.) Other things to note This is an environment that has been put together with careful consideration for the airbnb traveler.
