This updated condo with a brand new kitchen and garage access to beach chairs, toys and grill will make vacation planning a breeze. All linens and towels (bath/kitchen) included! Note that for summer bookings (Jun 2- Aug 25, 2024), we can only accommodate 7 night bookings, with check in/out on Sundays. Foyer- Open area upon arrival to remove shoes and store on the provided mats. Laundry- Enjoy unlimited usage of the washer and dryer. The large sink is also convenient for rinsing all of that stubborn sand from bathing suits! Bedroom 2- This queen bedroom is brand new floor to ceiling. Newly painted, brand new furniture and ceiling fan. Brand new bedding/pillows and Kingsdown hybrid mattress. In the closet, you will find hangers and a laundry basket. Bedroom 3- This bedroom furniture was just updated and features a queen bed with a new Kingsdown hybrid mattress. A bunk bed was also added to this freshly painted room along with new bedding and pillows. For convenience with location to the laundry room, you can find hangers, a clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board in the closet. Bathroom- There is a shared bathroom downstairs for bedrooms 2 & 3 with a traditional bath tub. Master Bedroom- Main level features a king bed with all new bedding/pillows and Kingsdown hybrid mattress for a great night's sleep. New accent tables bring fun pops of color to the room. Enjoy the sunrise, coffee or catch some Vitamin D on the adjoining open deck. In the closet, a hamper, hangers and Dyson vacuum are available (if needed) during your stay. There is also a baby gate for anyone traveling with young children and prefer to block access to the stairs. Master Bath- Attached to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a stand up shower. Hallway Cabinet- Looking for some entertainment? This hallway cabinet contains board games for the family to enjoy along with some crayons for the little ones. You can also find some extra cleaning supplies and other items you may need during your stay. Living Area- The living room received all new decor and comfortable Lay-Z-Boy furniture. Dining- Enjoy take out or a delicious meal cooked in the adjoining kitchen with spectacular ocean and pool views on the brand new dining set. Kitchen- The heart of the home, this kitchen was completely remodeled with brand new beach colored premium cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Almost every item you need for cooking has been replaced and bought new. Included small appliances are Coffee Maker, Keurig, Blender, Hand Mixer, can opener and toaster oven. Covered Deck-Enjoy complete relaxation while breathing in the fresh sea breeze in the rocking or Adirondack chairs. Enter the community and proceed ocean front to the Nags Head Station Building (200). Here, you can park in the reserved area in front of our private garage. The condo is conveniently accessed through keyless entry. All bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and alarm clocks for all of your sleeping needs. You will also find each bedroom has a flat screen TV with upgraded premium cable. We do not live on-site. However, we are available by phone if you need us. Anyone booking the place must be 25+ years old and above. Barrier Island Station is a wonderful gated community centrally located in Duck to many shops and restaurants.
