The apartment impresses with its modern design combined with traditional architectural style. Via the private parking lot at the entrance of the building you will reach your apartment between idyllic coniferous trees. The domicile is located on the upper floor of a detached house in the middle of the Black Forest. Awaiting you is a 104sqm design apartment with two bedrooms, king-size box-spring beds, a large balcony with lounge group, fireplace in the living room, pool table, window front in the living room and direct view of the Feldberg. The open kitchen with bar and full equipment for six people offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and spend cozy evenings. The spacious dining area is directly connected to the kitchen. To end the evenings in the nature perfectly, there is a large couch set in the open design living room, right next to the cozy fireplace. However, if you rather need some more diversion, in the second part of the living room there is a pool table and a smart TV with Netflix. From here you can enjoy your views of nature through the window front. The apartment has a master bedroom, which is equipped with a king-size box-spring bed. There is also a shower and double sinks in the bedroom for maximum comfort. The second bedroom also has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed to truly relax. To accommodate six guests, there are two queen-size sofa beds in the open living room. A washing machine is located in the laundry room of the building.
