Room for student/professional and own shower room!

Note there is NO kitchen, cooking facilities, or washing machine available. It's just a bedroom and shared showerroom. Bus stop on the main road, walking distance to train stations, many different shops for food shopping, food takeaway, pharmacy, post office, launderette, dry cleaning, gym and parks. We prefer females but will consider males, students or professional from around the world. The house is peaceful in a clean and safe house. The space Newly refurbished the whole house inside. Clean, tidy, peaceful and modern. Guest access You have your own private bedroom with shared shower room. No other access available. During your stay I live at the property, I am just a call away if you need any help. If you are unsure on how to use something or operate any appliances you must ask me first or message/call me on my mobile. Other things to note It’s important to follow all the rules in the house at all times, there is instructions in all areas accessible to the “guest” and in the room. The rules are there so the “guest” are reminded to not forget those rules/instructions and for health and safety reasons. Any damage caused in the property by the “guest” the “guest” is liable to pay for those damages and this will be reported to Airbnb. It is important to treat everything with care and respect in the home.
