The Scottish Parliament, National Museum of Scotland, Waverley Station and the tram to the airport are all within easy reach on foot. Other things to note * CHECK IN/OUT * Standard check in is from 3PM and check out is before 10am * HOW DO I GET KEYS * Keys can be securely picked up from a neighbouring business so no direct contact with the host is necessary * SUITABILITY FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN * As there are some steps within the historic property, we would advise that older children are fine but we do not believe the property is suitable for young toddlers. * TREAT IT LIKE A HOME FROM HOME * Strictly no Smoking within the property and no parties or events The property will be thoroughly cleaned and all linens and towels changed before every guest arrives. * COMING WITH A CAR * If coming with a car, you should park in the NCP long stay car park at Castle Terrace behind the Castle as Edinburgh is expensive to park on the street in the city center or in the Radisson Hotel car park in Blackfriars Street, a short stroll away. * WHAT IF I LOCK MYSELF OUT * We do hope not but if happens we will be on hand to replace or give you spare keys to get back in.
