Amazing Great South Bay view with access to Shorefront and Rider Parks. This Ranch has an unobstructed view of the Shorefront Band Shell. Watch concerts and sunsets from the comfort of your patio. Walk down to the Patchogue Beach Club and enjoy the pool and beach. This open-concept home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a remodeled bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a butcher block countertop with natural lighting that will brighten the home. The space The home is a stand-alone building, about 600 square feet in total on a quarter acre of land. The driveway to the right of the house can hold 2-3 cars. Please do not park on the property in front of the house, to the left of the driveway. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole home, with the exception to certain small spaces that are locked. The outside shed, a closet, and the attic are locked and are used by the homeowner. For your safety, please do not go into the crawl space. Other things to note ** Beaches ** * Corey Beach: 9-minute drive. * Davis Park Beach: You can also take a ferry to Davis Park on Fire Island. The ferry terminal is about a 4-minute drive away. ** Pool ** * Patchogue Beach Club: 1-minute drive. ** Other * * Street parking is not allowed by the town. * Some of the windows do not stay open because their counterweights are off. * Some of the windows are foggy inside of the panes. * The lot behind the driveway can be rented for storage. We may have to give you 24-hour notice so that the storage tenant can access their property.
