Tiny but luxurious guest house only a block from the OU campus. Stay for a night or a week in our lively neighborhood. Stylish furnishings and upgraded amenities welcome you at our cozy 1928 carriage house turned studio. The space This adorable but tiny studio is just shy of 250 square feet. It served as a single car garage and workshop for almost 100 years before being converted in the summer of 2022 to a cozy guesthouse. A queen size bed is made up with high quality bedding. Newly insulated and with a powerhouse HVAC, the space is as cool or warm as you like. The bathroom sports a fully tiled shower and fluffy towels. The kitchenette is kitted out with a bar sink, Keurig, microwave and mini fridge with separate freezer compartment. WiFi and Hulu live TV are provided for working and entertainment. Smart TV allows you to log into your favorite streaming services as well. Outside the courtyard has a dining table and seating area to enjoy our 300+ days a year of Oklahoma sunshine. Guest access Guests will have one reserved parking space and may take the path from the driveway to the exterior courtyard leading to the guesthouse. Other things to note This guesthouse shares a driveway with a large 4 bedroom home that is another listing of ours, "Walk to Campus from Renovated 1920s Home". That listing has full private access to the rest of the property (front yard, back yard, back patio of the main house, etc.) If that house has guests in residence, guests should please avoid that part of the property.
