The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This room was added to the Cornell Creamery self-serve yogurt/ice cream shop around 2014. We have turned it into a private room for Kencove employees and Airbnb. Walmart, Sheetz, McDonalds, RiteAid, Dunkin, Taco Bell, Trailways Bus stop are very close. There are 4 great bike/hike trails, Chestnut Ridge Resort Golf, IUP, Keystone Park, Idlewild, Amtrak, Spirit Air, Loyalhanna Lake are within a few miles. The space This had been my grandfather and uncle's dairy farm. Most of the farm was sold for an industrial park but the farm house, milk processing & sales building and a cattle barn are still here. This is the party room we added when we had 8 flavors of soft serve ice cream and yogurt. There is still a merry-go-round in the yard where we had a number of playground items. There is a lot of grassed area on which the kids can play. We have a number of board games, videos and books, please ask if we have something that may interest you. This room has a queen bed and a double bed. The sofa can open to a double bed. If more beds are needed, please tell us when requesting the room. A single bed normally can be set up as long as it is not needed elsewhere. We do need to confirm this before accepting a request to use it. There already is a lazy boy recliner chair in this room. This can be a great family gathering site. If you sign up for more than the six or seven people we have available beds for in this room, you will need to provide your own air mattress(s). This room had been the room for Birthday parties for our yogurt shop. It is fairly large We changed the bathroom to include a shower and tub. The storefront doors have privacy curtains added. There is a fridge, 1,000 watt microwave, DVD and Roku. . There is a double bowl kitchen sink, dinnerware and cooking utensils. Please be careful how many of the following are on at the same time. Microwave 1,500 Watts Keurig 1,500 Watts. Electric frying pan 1,800? Watts Hot plate 1,100 watts. Toaster 700 watts. Crock pot 240? Watts Refrigerator 180 Watts **Total of above: 7,000Watts ** The outlets are on 20 Amp breakers 20 Amp on 120 volts = 2,400 Watts The A/C and heat are controlled by a remote. Please turn it off when not needed. Thank You! Guest access There are no restricted spaces in this room but there is a locked door to storage areas. There also is a connecting door to Studio 1 but there are bolt locks on both side of that door. Other things to note The hot water tank is in a room on the other side of the shop. You may have to wait a bit for it to arrive at the sinks and tub.
