Large family house recently converted into a gîte by Mireille, with a large private courtyard with trees, possible to park cars, motorcycles, bicycles... Located in Germagny, which is a small rural commune of Saône-et-Loire, located between Chalon-sur-Saône and Charolles and Cluny and the Montceau-les-Mines/Le Creusot mining basin. It is located in the Guye Valley between vineyards, livestock and crops. For an early and/or late check-in, an additional charge of €50 may be requested. The space Ground floor: open-plan kitchen overlooking the courtyard, living/dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom for 2 people with a 160 cm bed, bathroom/toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 double bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom for 4 people with 4 90 cm beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, iron and ironing board, Vacuum cleaner, TV connected via an Android box, Wi-Fi connection. For your convenience, the cleaning fee also includes laundry and linen preparation: fresh sheets, linens, and making the beds prior to your arrival. So there are no additional charges for bed linens. Other things to note - Check-in and checkout are done independently. - Only one set of keys will be available to you. - Sheets and towels are provided. - Electricity is included in the stay, but if you charge an electric vehicle, you will be asked to pay a fee.
