Large family house recently converted into a gîte by Mireille, with a large private courtyard with trees, possible to park cars, motorcycles, bicycles... Located in Germagny, which is a small rural commune of Saône-et-Loire, located between Chalon-sur-Saône and Charolles and Cluny and the Montceau-les-Mines/Le Creusot mining basin. It is located in the Guye Valley between vineyards, livestock and crops. For an early and/or late check-in, an additional charge of €50 may be requested. The space Ground floor: kitchen open to courtyard, living/dining room with sofa bed, one bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed, bathroom/WC. UPSTAIRS: 2 double bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom for 4 people with 4 90 cm beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV connected via an Android box, Wi-Fi connection.
