Molly’s Cabin is a converted hay barn turned gallery-wall retreat, built around a super king bed, a walk-in rainfall shower stocked with Aesop, and a kitchen made for slow mornings. It’s a Guest Favourite on Airbnb - once you’re inside, it’s easy to see why. If you cannot find the date you are looking for, drop us a message at Bonington Farm - Sutton Bonington The space Every wall carries something - a gallery of prints and curios that gives the cabin its character, alongside a rustic-styled kitchen for home-cooked breakfasts and a round window seat to eat them by. The bedroom is open-plan, built around the super king bed. A large walk-in rainfall shower just off the main living area. In the evenings there’s a comfortable sofa and a 90-inch Smart TV, and outside, a small corner made for a last coffee before bed or the first one after sunrise. Pets - we welcome well behaved dogs with an additional charge of £35 per dog (please let us know beforehand) Practicalities - There is a fridge with freezer box, electric oven with hob, microwave and french press coffee maker. Guest access You have full, private use of Molly’s Cabin, with parking for two cars. It’s one of four individually-let stays at Bonington Farm - the Grain Store, Pamella’s Place and Freya’s Farmhouse are booked separately and sit nearby, and can be combined with Molly’s Cabin for larger groups wanting more space on the farm. Other things to note Check-in is from 3pm, checkout by 10am, with self check-in via lockbox. We live on the farm - our home is the black barn - so we’d ask you to keep the driveway clear and not wander that way. Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £35 per dog - just let us know beforehand. We’re on the flight path to East Midlands Airport, so you may occasionally hear planes overhead. The Film House, a private cinema a short walk away, can be added to any stay for £25 per person for a 3-hour slot. Photoshoots, videography, or hosting an event/party must be arranged with us in advance and carry a fee. Please don’t add guests beyond your booking headcount. If you are looking to host an event or party please get in touch as we do charge a fee Please note that we do not allow additional visitors who aren’t included on the booking Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so we balance this out with them prior to accepting. Anyone found to be breaking our guidelines will have their booking cancelled.
