Handum Hillside Apartments is a green building with 360 degrees cross ventilation in all apartments. NOTE: Smoking of any description is NOT permitted anywhere on our property or in any public places on Boracay Island. We are only 5 mins from the front beach at Willys Rock Station 1 and 15 mins from the big supermarkets. Station 1 has the finest sand and widest beach. It is less crowded and where the higher end establishments are located. The space This 60sqm studio apartment - Masadya 3 - is located on the 3rd floor and has a large balcony covering the whole front of the apartment. Full kitchen with stove top and large fridge. King size bed. Amazing views over front white beach and our central location is unbeatable. The views are amazing and our central location unbeatable. Cleaning is provided every 3 days for short stays and every 7 days for long term stays. We have fibre optic cable coming into our building and many of our guests are IT people working remotely. They are happy with the WiFi speed of 49mbps. Guest access Rooftop available for sunset drinks. Children must be supervised. Other things to note Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on our property or in public spaces on Boracay Island. If you are a smoker then you need to stay in an establishment with a designated smoking area. This is our most popular apartment. There are 48 steps leading up to the entrance of our property. There are additional steps to get up to the 3rd floor.
