You’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops at your doorstep. It's located on the 2rd floor of an elegant building of three floors without elevator. The apartment opens with a gentle flow that leads primarily to the living room with double facing: the eye is immediately captured by the design bookcase that frames a smart TV of the latest generation. To complete the furniture a comfortable double sofa bed and a desk corner designed for work. The space flows seamlessly in the dining room, adorned with a large table with six seats connected directly with a contemporary kitchen completely renovated and equipped with the best appliances: you’ll find here the essentials to cook, a microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two lovely, comfortable and very quiet double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. In one of the rooms, you can access to a gracious little balcony overlooking the quiet and characteristic interior of the historical building. The property is completed by large built-in wardrobe in the hallway for the exclusive use of our guests, a second bathroom and a closet complete with brand new washer-dryer.
