The gravel driveway can fit up to 6 cars + boats/trailer. Other things to note 💦ENTRY: Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm CST. Check out is at 11 am CST. No late check out or early check in. Must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Basic toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided for starters. Outdoor Grill: A propane grill is provided for your use. Please clean out the grill after every use. Outdoor Fire Pit: Starter kit of marshmallows is also provided 💦 POOL HEATING FEE: There is a pool heating fee of $99/day, this can be requested after the reservation is confirmed. 💦TRASH: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash containers on the side of the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups. 💦HOT TUB: Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! 💦GAMES: Shuffle Board, Arcade Game, Board Games , and Outdoor Corn Hole Set 💦SECURITY: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back deck fence that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. 💦PETS: Well behaved & housetrained pets are welcome with prior approval of 125$ per stay per pet upto 2 pets Things to note: The yard is NOT fenced. The guest's dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags. Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Cabin towels are NOT to be used for pets. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Do NOT leave your dog at the cabin unattended. (2 crates are provided). If guests' dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily. Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. Please respect our neighbor's yard and pick up after your dog. Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests may use the garden hose for such purposes on the driveway only. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any "accidents" their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes. 💦SMOKING: Absolutely NO Smoking indoors. 💦REFUNDS We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. 💦LOCAL FAUNA/CRITTERS/INSECTS: We have a regular pest control company that does its best to maintain our premises. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. This cabin is located on the river. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including but not limited to lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. There are other cabins in the neighborhood as well.
