The space My space is designed for simplicity, comfort, and cleanliness. Everything is carefully prepared before your arrival — fresh towels, clean linens, deep cleaning, and full sanitizing of every detail, including door handles and bathroom walls. Even the pillows and wall surfaces are refreshed after each guest. The peaceful color scheme of whites and light neutrals creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Natural light fills the room, giving it a soothing feel that helps you unwind. The neighborhood is one of the safest in New York. You can walk around day or night with peace of mind. Stores, cafes, and even a golf club are just a short walk away. A nearby beach offers a quiet escape from the city. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this is a perfect home base. Guest access Guests have full access to their private bedroom and a dedicated office space with a desk, chair, printer, paper, and large screen TV—perfect for work or study. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but I’m often out or busy, so you’ll have lots of privacy. The office space is for your use only; I don’t use it at all. You’re welcome to feel at home and enjoy the space freely. Other things to note The room includes a mini-fridge, TV with Netflix, and a printer. If you’d like to use the PlayStation 5 during your stay, just let me know—it’s available upon request. I’m usually not home, so you’ll have lots of privacy.
