Be aware that due to high lake water that there is a Sulfur smell in our well. It features an open floor plan with a center living room and beautiful kitchen. On one end there is a bedroom with a full size bed with suitcase storage underneath, and on the other end is a full bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with Adirondack chairs and table, a new gas grill and a small fire pit to enjoy a camp fire. The lake is about 200' away where there is long dock of dock you can use and relax on! Stowe, VT is 48 miles. Montpelier, Vt is 73 miles. Montreal Canada is 66 miles, Lake Placid, NY is 97 miles. Vermont has the most micro-breweries per capita than any other state and many wineries to visit, most within one hour of our location! There are many restaurants and shopping areas located nearby as well.
