There is a full kitchen with appliances, a countertop bar with stools, a full bath with shower, a bedroom with a full sized bed, AC/Heat, and a WiFi ready television in the living room! We have a patio with a gas grill, fire pit and two Adirondack chairs ready for you to enjoy! The Tiny House is custom stick built home on a frame and is 33' long x 8' wide with a 4 step entry. It features an open floor plan with a center living room and beautiful kitchen. On one end there is a bedroom with a full size bed with suitcase storage underneath, and on the other end is a full bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with Adirondack chairs and table, a new gas grill and a small fire pit to enjoy a camp fire. The lake is less than 200' away where there is 80' of dock and a sandy beach you can use and relax on! Enjoy your privacy! Heather and Scott are available if you have any questions. The Tiny House is located in St. Albans Town, VT on a quiet private road, approximately 200' from Lake Champlain. The owners of the Tiny House reside on in their own home on premises and share access to the lake and dock. The Tiny House is on its own lot separate of the owners. There is a space for one vehicle directly in front of the Tiny House. Additional vehicles will require prior approval.
