Relax at this peaceful place to stay. You have your own mini fridge with waters and mini snacks. Newer desk for standing or sitting with a comfortable chair. Detached bathroom with fresh clean towels. Large TV with Netflix, Prime video and movies available for purchase. Close to everything. Just 10 miles to Malibu pier, 1 mile to Starbucks and grocery store, hiking trails start down the street at the park. Beach towels, blanket and chairs available on request. The space The space has black out drapes for privacy and sunlight. The bed has a feather bed for Softness and comfort. The desk can go up and down as needed for work. Large TV with Netflix and prime video. There is a ceiling fan light for comfort. Mini fridge to store your groceries. Guest access You have your own bedroom and bath. If you would like access to the kitchen just ask. During your stay I would like to know your arrival time, so I can make sure everything is ready for you. There are times I may greet you and other I’m not available. I can be contacted for any questions. Other things to note Guests are to arrive no later then 10:00 pm. If you arrive later than that you can lose your room. A late checkin charge of $25 will apply. That will need to be paid, prior to you getting your room. It’s unfortunate I have to do this, but too many people think it’s ok to arrive at all hours of the night. I have to get up for work in the morning. Plus I don’t want the neighbors to be disturbed by your late arrival.
