Studio Style room private bathroom Victorian House

This is our second room available in the same house.We are a warm/easy-going, bilingual family with one child and a gentle talkative cat(Oscar). We speak English/Portuguese. The studio-style double room has just been refurbished. The bedroom is situated at the front on the first floor with its own private ensuite bathroom/kingsize bed/fridge etc. It's a great place( couples, solo adventurers and business travelers).6 to 7 minutes walk to Tooting-Bec tube and many bus routes within 5 mins walk The space You will feel welcome and safe. The studio-style room is situated in a spacious Victorian house on the first floor at the front of the house. The living space has a king-size bed, (small table which can be used as either dining/work station area) microwave/fridge/kettle and toaster. The private ensuite bathroom has a power shower and towels are also supplied. Our guests have access to the shared rear garden. The room can be locked for privacy from inside while you are in the room. Guest access Garden/hallway/access areas are shared. During your stay Please come and talk to us if you need anything. Other things to note We both work from home part-time. No extra guests are allowed except for the people notified at the time of booking. Guests arriving from the following places below: (you can also use TFL and Train Line websites to check times/prices and routes) Please be aware that it will take as an approximate guide the following times from landing to our house: St. Pancreas/ King Cross 25 minutes (tube) Heathrow 2.20hrs (1 hour to get through customs/immigration plus 80 min tube) Gatwick 2hrs (1 hour to get through customs/immigration plus 60 min tube or by train via Victoria or Clapham Junction which is one quick stop from our train stop of Wandsworth Common. Stanstead 2.5 hrs (1 hour to get through customs/immigration plus 90 min tube and train)
