Our period Victorian house, the studio‑style room, offers a calm place on the first floor. Offering a king‑size bed, a table for workspace, and double‑glazed windows with blackout blinds. You’ll have a private, spacious ensuite bathroom, plus an in‑room fridge , toaster, kettle and microwave. The location is excellent: less than 10 minutes to the nearest Underground station, with several bus routes just 5 minutes away, along with cafés, supermarkets, parks, and local shops nearby. The space This is our second guest room available within the same house — a freshly refurbished, studio‑style double room designed to offer comfort, privacy, and ease. Located on the first floor and facing the front of the house, it’s bright, practical, and ideal for both short visits and longer stays. We’re under a 10‑minute walk to the Tube, with several bus routes just 5 minutes away, making it simple to explore London or commute with ease. You’ll feel safe and at home in our family household. The room locks from the inside for your privacy and peace of mind. 🌳 Garden Access Guests are welcome to unwind in the shared rear garden — a calm spot to enjoy a cup of tea, read, or simply relax after a day out. This tranquil, practical space is a charming choice for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient family home atmosphere. Guest access Garden/Hallway/access areas are shared. As you move through the house, you’ll quickly notice that we’re passionate plant lovers — you’ll find greenery in many corners, especially in the kitchen, where our little plant collection thrives. If you’re a plant lover like us, feel free to pause and enjoy the space. You’re very welcome to spend time in the shared rear garden, which is accessible through the hallway via the kitchen or the lounge. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, read, or enjoy a quiet moment outdoors. We kindly ask that you let us know before heading into the garden, so we can make sure our gentle indoor cat, Oscar, stays safely inside. During your stay We’re a warm, easy‑going bilingual family (English/Portuguese) who genuinely enjoys welcoming guests from all over the world. Our home is shared with our teen child and our gentle, playful indoor cat, Oscar — a curious little friend who may occasionally wander by to say hello but always respects guests’ space. He is only allowed into your room if you let him. We’ve created a safe, relaxed, and welcoming family atmosphere where visitors can feel both at ease and completely independent. Whether you’re here to explore, work, or simply unwind, we want you to feel comfortable and at home. Please feel free to come and talk to us. We’re always happy to help, share local tips, or simply have a friendly chat whenever you feel like it. Other things to note We both work from home part‑time, so you’ll often find us around the house if you need anything. For everyone’s comfort and safety, only the guests included in the booking are allowed in the property — no additional visitors, please.
