Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautiful lakefront cottage built in 2022 with gorgeous views, large sandy beach and sunsets. Out the front door, boating, kayaking, swimming and other water sports are steps away. Stroll out the back door and miles of biking trails on the North Central Rails to Trails bike path are 200 feet away. Boating paradise as location is on the Inland Waterway with hundreds of miles of shoreline to explore and access to Lake Huron. Dock available. The space This guest cottage is on a shared space with the owner’s home. There is an outside deck attached to the cottage, and the green space, beach/waterfront, fire pit, dock and walkway in front of the cottage are available to guests for their recreation. Adjacent to the property is an empty lot with a 70 foot sandy beach area for swimming, wading, sunbathing, sand castle building, etc.). Please observe the owner’s deck and patio areas immediately in front of owners deck are private. A dock with swimming ladder is available; please contact the owner for details if you would like to bring a boat. There is enough parking to accommodate 2-3 vehicles and a reasonably sized boat trailer. Guest access Deck, lawn/green space, 70 foot sandy beach and swimming area, and fire pit located in front of the cottage is available to guests. A 110 foot dock with swimming ladder is also available. Please contact the owner for details if you want to dock a boat. The loft bedroom with the king bed is accessible only via a spiral staircase. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Other things to note The only access to the loft bedroom with the king bed is via a fairly narrow spiral staircase. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor. While the cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, the cottage is relatively small at 950 square feet and is ideal for 4 adults and or families with 2-3 children. From a historical perspective, the owners, and much of the surrounding property including adjacent farmland has been in Scott's family since the early 1870's or over 150 years!
