Browns Lake Family Home near Lake Geneva

Stay at our family friendly home to relax, explore and enjoy all that this charming lake community has to offer! Our newly furnished home is across from Browns Lake in Burlington, WI conveniently located 20mins to popular Lake Geneva. A short walk to Waterfront Restaurant, less than 1 mile to Fischer Park Beach & Boat Launch, Golf course, and close to wedding venues, breweries, hiking, and more! The space This two-story home is fairly open concept with a living room, dining, and fully stocked kitchen on the entry level. There is a beautiful backyard patio off the dining room where guests have access to a propane firepit, propane grill, dining set, and a pond view. The upstairs has: - Primary bedroom with Queen bed and en suite full bath - Guest bedroom with Twin over Full bunk bed - Guest bedroom with Queen bed Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of room for storage, plus an additional shared full bathroom in the hall. The lower level is a great bonus space to hang out and have fun featuring popular games, cards, dartboard and a ping pong table! There is also another sleeping space (futon) and access to a washer and dryer. A wonderful stay awaits in this well-equipped, comfortable home! Other things to note This is a friendly, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Due to this our guests must follow a noise curfew of 10pm and no large gatherings or parties are allowed. Pet-friendly - we are happy to welcome your dog to stay with us under the condition they can be well behaved outside and nondestructive in the home. Prior approval is needed for stays with more than 2 dogs/pets. The home is in a great location with lots of things to do all year round: 20 mins to Lake Geneva - a popular for boat cruises, walking the lakeshore path, shopping, zipline, ice castles, restaurants and more!
