Welcome to our clean, pleasant, and comfortable single house nestled in a quiet and nice neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. 15 mins to CCF, 10 mins to Case, and 10 mins to JCU. Our family is frequent Airbnb travelers that have stayed at many homes in /out of state. As Airbnb hosts, we are enthusiastic to provide our guests with a safe, clean, and amenity-rich home. **ABSOLUTELY No pets and No indoor smoking** One crew member has a severe allergic reaction. Please also see other house rules. The space The house is equipped with three bedrooms (two queen beds and two twin beds) on the second floor. On the first floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a bay window, 60'' TV (Roku, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), and a comfy sofa/love seat set. The full kitchen has a set of stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensil set, and cooking essentials. The house has bathrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floors. A nice sunroom is located at the back of the house to enjoy the day. Free laundry is on the lower level. Private parking on the driveway. Guest access The whole house except attic and balcony in bedroom 1. Other things to note Fiber Internet with excellent WiFi signal throughout the house. A/C, in unit laundry, 60" TV, etc. SECURITY CAMERA: The property is monitored and recorded 24/7 by outdoor security cameras (one outdoor camera at frontdoor and one outdoor camera at backdoor) to monitor general security of the house and count number of guests. It's a cozy space perfect for short/long-term stays.
