The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!! The space Brunete is a quiet town, the accommodation is in the center. The town is known for chickpeas (with a designation of origin) and for the Battle of Brunete during the Civil War (1936-39). There are routes to visit the bunkers of the battle and the sunsets are spectacular as the sun sets over the Sierra de Gredos. On the outskirts there are several riding schools and service rentals. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance, and the spaces are independent and for exclusive use. The apartment is treated with ozone after each stay. Other things to note Brunete, a small town 25 minutes from downtown Madrid by highway. Renfe commuter station with free parking in Móstoles, arriving by train to Atocha Station. It also has buses to Moncloa (627) or Príncipe Pío (581). All basic services (Pharmacy, Supermarket, Laundry, Banks and ATMs, Bars and Cafeterias, Post Office, Tobacco Shop...) within a 200 meter radius. We are very close to the UAX and Camilo José Cela Universities in Villanueva de la Cañada and the European University of Madrid in Villaviciosa de Odón. Brunete has many routes for hiking or cycling.
