The house is fully equipped, including a spa, you will not want to leave! Access to a boat launch. The space New construction on a level located on 1 acre lot. You'll have access to your private beach with dock, a spa, in addition to having the opportunity to throw your small boat there. There is also an accessible boat descent at Falls Lake Provincial Park. Concept of open common areas, with the option of a quiet space in the solarium. We have a hot water system upon request. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the garage Other things to note We have security cameras outside the house (one towards the front driveway, one towards the driveway coming from the beach). We have a well and a septic tank, we ask that you limit unnecessary consumption and only put toilet paper in the toilet. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including woods around the house.
