You will have your private hot tub, beach and dock, as well as the ability to launch a small boat from the property or Falls Lake Provincial Park boat launch. Open concept living, with the option of quiet time in the sunroom (the door between the sunroom and main living area is an exterior door, providing sound protection). We have an on demand hot water system, just let the water flow a bit to get the hot water. Guest access You will have access to the full house except for the garage Other things to note There are security cameras outside of the house (towards driveway at the front, and towards the beach road at the back). We are on well and septic, we request that you be mindful of water consumption and only put toilet paper in the toilets. No smoking on the premise, as well as in the woods surrounding the house.
