Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 that can be offered as a double bed or separate beds) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. For the very hot days of summer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the cellar of the cottage. Private unenclosed parking located in front of the cottage. Beds made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Charges and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price of the stay. For safety reasons and due to the lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to charge an electric vehicle at this vacation rental (charging stations are located less than 5 km away in Les Riceys and Neuville-sur-Seine). 45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne tourist road and in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyard. This pretty stone house adjoining another cottage has been renovated and decorated with great taste to make it a real little cocoon. You will love the character of the old: stones, old fireplaces, beams, original floors.
