This two bedroom townhouse is designed for guests who prefer the added privacy of a separate entrance. This is a great place to get away and enjoy what Charleston or Summerville has to offer. It is ideal for family vacation, business, anniversary or simply R&R! We are: 2 minutes from Daimler Mercedes-Benz, 13 minutes from the Airport, 12 minutes from Boeing, 12 minutes from North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston, 35 minutes to the Folly Beach, and 40 minutes Isle of Palm and Dunes Island. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome Guests have access to the entire townhouse, patio, and parking. The pool is not open for use. However much is needed or requested. We are happy to make local suggestions. 1. Please hang the Parking Tag found in your welcome bowl on your rear-view mirror of your car. Failure to use the parking tag may result in a parking ticket. 2. Observe all STOP signs on the property. Come to a complete stop before moving. 3. Please read the check out requirements! 4. The pool is not open for use. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE 1. Please return the Parking Tag. 2. Leaving bedding on the bed. Housekeeping will remove them. 3. Please hand wash dishes and leave them on the drying mat. 5. Please place all trash into the bin in the kitchen. A trash container is left at the end of the building. 6. Turn off all lights and AC/Heat unit. 7. Ensure the slide door in the kitchen and entrance door are closed and locked. 8. If you have moved any furniture, please put it back where you found it! 9. Close all window blinds.
