Across the condo is SM City's: - Van Terminal - Taxi Line Up - Jeepney Terminal Conveniently located near: - Banks - Restaurants - Pier / Port of Cebu - 1 min. walk to SM City - 30 min. drive to airport (you can ride a MyBus for a cheaper fare at SM's Mybus Station) - 5 min. drive to Robinson's Galleria & Ayala Mall - 8 min. drive to I.T. Park Guest access Pool and gym (6th floor) are open everyday from 8am to 12noon, 4pm to 8pm EXCEPT TUESDAYS and whenever there are exclusive bookings. Free use of pool for 2 pax. Pay P100 per pax in excess of 2, max of 4 pax per unit. Free use of gym up to 4 pax of simultaneous use only. Other things to note Free car park is available at a first come first serve basis for a maximum of 3 hours from 7am to 10pm. Paid car parking is also available inside the building but has to be arranged first with the owner or you can inquire at the front desk. Motorbike parking is free. Bo's Coffee and laundry shop is available at the ground floor. The laundry shop also sells mineral water, you can bring the empty container from our unit & buy from them a refilled one.
