The interior is warm and tasteful, unpretentious. The open floor plan makes the space light and bright--the wall of lakeside windows is nothing less than spectacular. There are so many more incredible features: hardwood floors, wood ceiling, custom built kitchen with stainless appliances, stone countertops and farmhouse sink. This is a true getaway and we feel completely at ease here as soon as we arrive. We look forward to sharing the home with our guests! There are full time neighbors (many retired and many with small children) and we are in a quiet cove. Please be mindful while operating any watercraft that there may be young swimmers, so operate as a no wake zone please. We always ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors so that we can continue to offer this beautiful place for others to enjoy Lake Martin like we do. So please keep the noise level after 9pm outside to a minimum and the use of profanity or vulgar language to a minimum at all times outside. The house is located in the small town of Eclectic. The only area not accessible is the basement. We like to give our guests their space, however we are available via text should you need anything or have any questions. We only ask that you alert us right away should you have any questions or concerns after you check in, and that you allow us the opportunity to address it for you. Steps at the sea wall from the yard make for easy entry and exit. Laundry facilities are available on site. There is a gas grill for your use. The gas is provided, however, if it runs out during your stay, it would be wonderful if you could replace it. Fishing is permitted from the shore and the dock. I am available by phone or message at all times. We have a property manager as well as our cleaning staff close by to assist with urgent needs.
