The space The space is a garage apartment on the second level. There is a private entrance to the apartment. This is an open concept area. The living room has beautiful views of Lake Hartwell. The sleeping area, kitchenette and dining area is on the other side of the space. There is a full bath that separates the two living spaces. On the bottom level you will have use of a screened in porch as well as an open deck area with a gas grill that can be used during your stay. Guest will have shared use of our deep water dock and can dock their boat as well free of charge. There is also a two person kayak available for your use during your stay. Great swimming right off the dock! Wi-Fi is available in the screened in porch area. Guest access Guest will have full private access to the garage apartment and the screened in porch.
