The designer garden with hard and soft landscaping features a heated private endless pool (available April to December) and amazing sea views that draw you to the cliff top deck. Powerboat charter available on prior request. The space Enjoy laid-back luxe with original artwork and high-end furnishings from Cane-line, The White Company and Designers Guild. Two of the four bedrooms have balconies with glorious sea views and overlook the private pool and garden. On the ground floor is the light bathed open plan well equipped kitchen lounge diner, with seating for 8, stunning views and large flatscreen TV with Netflix. On the same floor is a delux shower room designed to leave the beach behind, WC and separate utility room. The middle floor has a large Superking sea view bedroom with sliding doors and shutters to a large terrace. Fall asleep to the blissful sound of the sea and refreshing breeze. This floor also has a twin with en-suite. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms 1 with flexible Superking which can be split into singles by prior request, with a balcony and views across to the Isle of Wight and Studland to Harry’s Rock. The fourth bedroom is very restful with architectural features, bespoke shutters and Kingsize bed which can be split into small singles (only suitable split for young children). There is a further bathroom on this floor with handheld shower. We try to provide all the considerate touches you'd expect from a luxurious stay: fine 100% linen or cotton sheets, botanical organic products in the bathroom and other thoughtful additions that will ensure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. We welcome toddlers and babies with all the equipment you will need provided to take the stress out of travelling. A Graco stroller can also be provided on prior request. Guest access Guests can access all of the property with the exception of the garage. Other things to note Changeover days are Friday and Monday but this is flexible outside of peak season. Please send an enquiry. The pool is heated from an eco air source heat pump. Temperature ranges from 26 to 29 degrees. (Public pool temperature is 25 degrees). The pool is designed with an adjustable current which you can adapt to your swimming strength. I ask that guests abide by the pool rules and a waiver will need to be signed for use of the pool.
