Come stay at our newly remodeled, end-unit luxury townhome! It's a perfect stay for families and friends looking to enjoy the festivities of Cedar City or to be central to all the beauty that Southern Utah has to offer! 30-minutes to Brian Head's ski slopes or 35 minutes to St. George golf courses, lakes, and backcountry hiking. It's complete with a granite pool table, ping-pong topper, a clubhouse, a large pool, hot tub, and gym with a children's playroom separated by plexiglass. Check it out! The space Aside from the amenities of the clubhouse, our end-unit townhome is newly remodeled with beautiful modern updates. Brand new flooring, paint, and furniture give this home a comfortable feeling with space to connect or to spread out from the family. The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong topper, pool table, and plenty of seating. You'll also find spots to hang ski and snowboard equipment for safe storage and to dry. An electric drying station is also setup for any damp/wet snow boots, gloves, hats, etc. The backyard is fully fenced and has black pavers covering the majority of the space with two small planter spots. There is seating enough for 6 with a propane fireplace and a standing cooler. There is a gas grill available at the clubhouse but not currently a private one in the backyard. For families with pets (dogs only), there are plenty of grass areas nearby for pets to relieve themselves. ***There is a $50 pet fee per stay.*** Guest access Guest access will be given remotely and upon booking. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE PARKING IS AND ISN'T PERMITTED. Other things to note The clubhouse, gym, and hottub are open year round. The pool opens Memorial Day and closes mid-to-late September, weather dependent. There is an indoor fireplace, TV, kitchen and outdoor gas grill available for use. Please ensure it is left in the same condition as when arrived. Clubhouse hours are from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.
