We’re delighted to have you as our guest. Please note that this is a shared resort property, and the lake/waterfront area and its equipment is shared and enjoyed by guests from multiple cottages. Our resort is a family-friendly environment comprised of individually rented cottages. Each cottage is separate and includes its own amenities for your comfort and convenience: Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM Access instructions and your door code will be provided one day prior to arrival. We aim to offer a relaxing and well-equipped getaway. Here’s what you can expect during your stay: ⸻ 1. Fully-Equipped Kitchen The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cookware, utensils, and dishes. 2. Linens & Towels Fresh linens and towels are provided based on the number of registered guests. Please note that paper towels are not included, so feel free to bring your own. 3. Parking Ample parking is available on-site for your convenience. 10. Cleaning Supplies Basic cleaning supplies are provided to help you maintain the space during your visit. Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is closed during the spring/summer season (April to September). If you would like it set up for your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Each cottage is private, and it is important to respect the privacy and personal space of others. To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you don't go to the docks as it is private area. The area such as the shared lake is where you can explore and relax. The sauna is located in a separate unit just outside the cottage If you have any questions or need assistance in finding the designated areas for your enjoyment, please don't hesitate to reach out through the airbnb platform. Other things to note Shared Lake Area & Resort Activities: Guests are welcome to enjoy the following shared amenities during their stay: • Swing set • Volleyball / Badminton / Tennis net • Children’s climbing structure • Water activities (shared): • Kayaks & Canoes • Water Trampoline • Jet Ski Rentals • Hot Tub (see availability below) • Outdoor Sauna ⸻ Cottage Rules: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below: • Treat the cottage and its contents with care and respect. • No smoking is permitted inside the cottage. • Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A fee of $50/hour applies for early check-in or late check-out. • Please leave the cottage in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. • Pets are welcome with prior approval only. A pet fee applies to maintain cleanliness. Pets must remain within your cottage area or be leashed when outside. • Please do not rearrange furniture. If moved, return it to its original position before checkout. • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property. • Wash and put away all dishes after use. • Lake water is safe for swimming. • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, please keep music and noise to a minimum. • - Water & Ice: - No potable water: Kindly note we do not provide drinking water or ice during your stay. We recommend bringing your own supply of bottled water or water containers to ensure you have access to fresh drinking water throughout your visit. Additionally, please plan accordingly and bring your own ice if you require it for beverages or any other purposes during your stay. • The ping pong table has been replaced with a pool table. • The hot tub is not available during the warm season (April–September). If you’d like it set up during this time, please let us know in advance, an additional fee applies. • For cooler months, please notify us ahead of time if you’d like to use the hot tub. • The sauna is located in a separate unit just outside the cottage. • Please do not enter other cottages or their private docks, respecting others’ privacy is important. • Cooking oil is not provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own. ⸻ [Disclaimer & Liability Waiver Use of any water equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.), swings, fire pit, beach, or any other on-site or water activities is at your own risk.
